2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Italy: 1–3 business days

European Union: 3–7 business days

Non-EU countries: 5–15 business days (may vary depending on customs procedures and destination country)
Note: Orilog is not responsible for delays due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, nor for customs fees, local taxes, or delays attributable to force majeure.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping is free of charge.

The system automatically selects the fastest available carrier for the destination.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing:

7. Failed Deliveries
If the courier is unable to complete delivery:

one or more delivery attempts will be made

the package may be held at a local pickup point

if not collected, the package will be returned to the sender
Any additional costs resulting from failed delivery due to the recipient’s absence may be charged to the customer.
8. Package Inspection Upon Delivery
We recommend that you:

check the integrity of the package before accepting delivery

report any visible issues directly to the courier (damaged, opened, or wet package, etc.)

note “Accepted with reservation” on the delivery receipt if there are any concerns
In case of damage or tampering, please contact us immediately at info@orilog.watch.com, attaching photos of the package and its contents.
9. International and Non-EU Shipments
For shipments outside the European Union:

any customs duties, taxes, or local charges are the responsibility of the recipient

customs clearance times depend on local authorities and are beyond Orilog’s control
10. Changes to Shipping Address
Shipping addresses may be modified only before the order has been shipped.
Once the order has been handed over to the courier, changes are no longer possible.
