Returns & Refunds Policy – Orilog


1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

If you purchased an Orilog product on our website, you have 14 days from the date of notification of withdrawal to return the product to Orilog. You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to provide any reason.

Once we receive your request, we will send you instructions for returning the product.

This return policy applies uniformly to all customers, both Italian and international. The conditions are the same for all shipments.


2. Conditions for Accepting a Return

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be unused, undamaged, and show no signs of wear.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging, complete with:

    • box

    • manuals

    • any accessories

    • warranty certificate

  • The watch must not have been altered, resized (bracelet/links adjusted), or damaged.

  • For sealed products, the seal must not have been removed or broken.

Orilog reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.

The refund includes the total price of the order (including the standard shipping cost incurred by the customer at the time of purchase).


3. Refund Timeframe and Method

Once the product has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued within 5–10 business days, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

If the returned product does not meet the integrity conditions (used product, damage attributable to the customer, missing packaging), Orilog reserves the right to withhold a percentage of the refund equal to the decrease in the value of the product.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a change of mind (right of withdrawal), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If the return is due to a shipping error, non-conforming products, or items that arrived defective, return shipping costs will be covered by Orilog.


5. Defective or Damaged Products

If the watch arrives damaged, non-functional, or with a manufacturing defect:

You must contact Orilog within 48 hours of delivery, providing:

  • order number

  • description of the issue

  • photos or videos showing the defect

After verification, you will be offered:

  • a product replacement, or

  • a full refund, including shipping costs.


6. Products Excluded from Returns

For hygiene or customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or engraved watches

  • Products damaged by the customer

  • Products missing original packaging or accessories
